ELIGIBILITY
Minimum age: Candidate should have completed 17 years as on 31st December of the year of admission.The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.Minimum Educational Qualification.
A. Candidate should have passed the qualifying 12th standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together and passed in English individually
B. Candidates are also eligible from State Open School recognized by State Government and National Institute of Open School (NIOS) recognized by Central Government having Science subjects and English only
C. English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for being eligible for admission to B.Sc (Nursing)
- Candidate should be medically fit.
- Students shall be admitted once in a year.
- Selection of candidates shall be based on the merit of the entrance examination (under the discretion of Governing Bodies)
Governing Council of Sri Venkateswaraa University College of Nursing, shall finalize the selection and allotment of the candidates all selections and admission are only provisional. The selection is liable to be cancelled at any time as and when the eligibility conditions are found to be defective or incorrect or there has been suppression or misrepresentation of facts.
The start of the semester shall be 1st August every year.
Admission Procedure:
Candidates should submit the prescribed application form duly completed along with requisite documents. Documents required at the time of admission:
- 1. Certificate of passing the qualifying examination
- 2. Original mark sheet of H.S.C.
- 3. Original mark sheet of S.S.C./S.S.L.C
- 4. Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate, Migration certificate original
- 5. Caste/community certificate issued by the competent authority, if admission is against reserved category
- 6. Nativity certificate issued by the competent authority
- 7. Character/Conduct Certificate
- 8. Aadhar Card, Voter ID
- 9. Certificate of change of name, if applicable supported by documentary evidence like government Gazette
- 10. Recent passport/stamp size photos with white background.
